How do I create an account?
During checkout, simply select “Create an Account” after entering your email address. You’ll be able to track orders, save preferences, and check out faster on future purchases.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your adventure gear to you fast! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us at [email protected] immediately with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Raleigh, NC warehouse, except to Asia and select remote regions. During checkout, simply enter your address to confirm we can deliver to your location.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Shipped via DHL/FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed before 2 PM EST typically ship the same day!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached. Please see our complete Returns Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive your returned items. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
