Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Insoles (due to personal use)
  • Flip-flops (unless defective)
  • Any items showing signs of wear or damage not present at shipment

International Returns

For orders outside the U.S.:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Allow extra time for international shipping
