Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, with tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Insoles (due to personal use)
- Flip-flops (unless defective)
- Any items showing signs of wear or damage not present at shipment

International Returns
For orders outside the U.S.:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Allow extra time for international shipping
